The Challenge
The existing Webflow build had grown organically over time and began to show its limitations. While the platform itself was powerful, the implementation no longer reflected the maturity of the product or the expectations of its users. Performance inconsistencies, unoptimized structure, and legacy interactions created friction in both user experience and internal scalability.
In addition to technical inefficiencies, the site structure lacked a fully consistent system for scaling new pages and features. This made it harder to maintain design consistency, improve SEO performance, and support ongoing content expansion without increasing complexity.
Our Solution
We started by refining the technical foundation of the site, improving GSAP animations, restructuring class naming strategy, and enhancing overall performance. A strong focus was placed on Lighthouse metrics, accessibility standards, and SEO improvements to ensure the platform was fast, stable, and search-friendly.
We then expanded the site by building additional pages and reusable components, ensuring consistency and easier long-term scaling.
